Ballotine of free range turkey, wrapped in bacon with pork stuffing, potato fondant, honey roast roots, sautéed sprouts & chestnuts, pigs in blankets brioche bread sauce

Baron Bigod brie on "toast", fruit loaf, cranberry jam
